About La Fitenia
La Fitenia is a reef break (rocky bottom) on the south coast of Tenerife, facing south.
It works best with a south swell and a north wind, which blows offshore here and keeps the waves clean. It usually breaks best from mid to high tide; at low tide the bottom gets shallow, so take care.
