About Cofete

Cofete is a sandy beach break on the west coast of Fuerteventura, facing north-west.

It works best with a north-west swell and a south-east wind, which blows offshore here and keeps the waves clean. It works on most tides; at high tide it can turn into a shore break.

Recommended level: advanced. Watch out for rip currents.
